You're not locked in. You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you want. No commitments or contract. You are in control of your Little Box of Yay subscription. If you need to take a break, want to cancel or want to restart your subscription you can get in touch with us and we'd be happy to help.



Please Note: We are a subscription box service with payment taken every month. If you need to cancel your subscription at any stage, please do so at least 5 days BEFORE your subscription comes off your account, or you will be billed for the month ahead and a monthly box will be dispatched to you. Your first box will be sent within a few working days of your first order and then subsequent boxes are dispatched from the 15th of the month and can take 1-4 days to arrive. Returns & Refunds are not offered on subscription boxes unless the box is unopened and all products and samples are sealed, or a product is broken or defective. The box must be returned to YayBaby before a replacement or refund will be considered.
