Gem Silicon Flanges come in 3 different size options, namely: 22mm, 20mm, 18mm.
Gem Pump Silicon Flanges are used to change the Gem Pump Breast Shield to fit your nipple size. The correct fit flange/breast shield is so important for comfort while pumping and also to enable you to pump the maximum amount of milk available. The Gem Silicon Flanges are made from soft silicon
that is comfortable to use and is available in three sizes (22mm, 20mm,18mm).
