Our boxes have been curated and designed by a Professional Newborn Care Specialist and Qualified Postpartum Counsellor; in collaboration with Dieticians, Doctors, Midwives, Lactation Consultants, Occupational Therapists and Teachers, to deliver a product that is perfectly tailored to your baby's developmental age and equipped to guide and support you through any bumps and hiccups you may experience along the way.The information supplied in each box has been broken down into manageable chunks and delivered in a colourful, easy to understand and creative way, making it easy to reference whenever you need to. The products have been specially chosen to compliment and mirror the monthly "theme", so that you have everything you need to feel confident and prepared for the month ahead.Finally, in conjunction with all the incredible products, samples, discounts, guides, milestone cards, checklists, planners and MORE, you also receive a 45 minute consultation with My Mama Coach, to support and coach you through any additional guidance you may require.

The content of each box will vary depending on the month that you are subscribing to and changes every month as your baby grows. You will never receive the same support product twice. Every month you will receive: support focused products for Mom or Baby (or both), a complimentary coaching session with My Mama Coach, discounts off products from our online shop as well as other stores, checklists, information guides, milestone cards and developmental activities/ideas tailored to your baby's developmental age, to help you stay on track and guide your through bumps & hiccups.

Not at all! We created these boxes in a subscription option only to make your life easier, so that you never miss a month (We know how busy life gets!). However you are welcome to sign up at any point and cancel at any point. There are also options to pause your subscription and restart it at a later stage. One month or 13 months, it is totally up to you! And if you are only looking to purchase one individual box - GO FOR IT - we have an option for a once off purchase too!

Life doesn't always run in a linear path and sometimes we get a little surprise along the way, like those ever so special miracle NICU babies. We know that having a teeny preemie comes with a whole extra level of support so we have created a gorgeous ADD ON box that can be ordered outside of the Little Box of Yay series. This is a once off box and not subject to recurring payments.
Our Teeny Preemie Box - Focuses on our NICU Warriors and provides guidance, care and support for parents and babies who are journeying through the NICU; what to expect, how to cope and preparation for going home.

Yes! You can purchase any box (or boxes) of your choice, once off, as a Baby Shower Gift, Congratulations Gift, or a Support Gift for that New Mom. These make an awesome gift from a Granny to Be or for friends clubbing together who really want to give something meaningful and valuable.

It has been so difficult putting a price tag on these boxes because the support value alone is phenomenal; never mind the amount of time, energy and love that has been poured into each theme. With a total VALUE of over R1000, we have priced our Little Box of Yay at R600 per box (plus a delivery fee if you require delivery). SUBSCRIBE and get 10% off, making each box R540 (plus delivery).

The best place to start is to work out where you are at in your journey with your baby.If you are pregnant, you can start with the Pregnancy Support Box, which covers the last 8 weeks of your pregnancy, as well as hospital and birth preparation. If you already have your little one, I recommend ordering for the month ahead. So if your baby is 3 weeks old, order the 1-2 Months Box (which covers weeks 4 - 8). Remember that these boxes are aimed at preparing you for the month ahead.

We dispatch boxes 1 - 3 days after receiving payment, and delivery will take place within 24 - 72 hours (depending on your location) thereafter. We always send you tracking details once dispatched.

We deliver right across South Africa, directly to your door or chosen PUDO locker (depending on your delivery option at checkout). Delivery takes place Monday - Friday during working hours.

Absolutely! If you are located in and around the Johannesburg area, our YayBaby head office is in Alberton. You will be notified as soon as your box is ready to collect and you can pop by between Monday and Friday (8am and 4pm). You are also more than welcome to send your own courier to collect, if you have access to one.

We are a small team and quality control is of the utmost importance, so we will always strive to ensure that no damaged goods leave our offices. However, we do know that sometimes there are factors out of our control and in this case we will certainly replace the damaged item/s at no charge to you. We will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged products from you and then send out your replacement once we have evaluated the issues.

We are 100% convinced that you will absolutely LOVE your box and that you definitely won't want to return it. In saying this, we do have a very strict returns policy on our boxes. Much like a magazine, you cannot return it once you have read it just because you didn't like the content or articles inside. We see these boxes in much the same light. The main focus of each box is on intellectual content, articles, guides and information that is invaluable, and cannot be "returned" once read. We offer ample opportunity for a good grasp of what each box contains, based on each month's theme, as well as a detailed description of our individual boxes, online. In saying this, if you are desperately unhappy with a PRODUCT received inside of the box (for example you have received a blue item when it should have been pink) then we will gladly replace the item in question. Any replacement items need to be returned to us in tact, unopened and undamaged to our office address. After assessment you will be issued with a replacement. Whilst we don't accept returns on the boxes, we do offer you the ability to cancel you subscription with us at any time, with no penalties or notice required.
