Please Note: We are a subscription box service with payment taken every month. If you need to cancel your subscription at any stage, please do so at least 5 days BEFORE your subscription comes off your account, or you will be billed for the month ahead and a monthly box will be dispatched to you. Your box will be sent within a few working days of your first payment and then subsequent boxes are dispatched within a 1-3 workings days of subscription payment clearance each month. Boxes can take 5-7 days to arrive. Returns & Refunds are not offered on subscription boxes unless the box is unopened and all products and samples are sealed, or a product is broken or defective. The box must be returned to YayBaby before a replacement or refund will be considered.
